Essential requirements

  • Experience in applying system improvement/quality based principles, tools, methodologies and models and in implementation.  
  • Experience in relationship management across sectors and disciplines, preferably in a health context and extensive experience working with clinicians.
  • Expertise in project and program management and change management methodology. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in health related disciplines.

Pre-screening questions

  • Provide an example of a complex health program you have managed and led successfully to completion. Describe how your skills contributed to the program’s success and achieving health system change, and how you led the team to deliver on this program. Highlight any challenges and how you overcame them.  

  •  Describe your experience in using data and information of variable quality and completeness to engage and lead clinicians and to drive improved patient outcomes in the healthcare environment. Highlight any challenges and how you overcame them.
