Essential requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment (Agile Software Development, Solution Delivery or Support).
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding business needs and technology solutions, with proven analytical skills to enable the development of business process and/or technical solutions, including ability to write documentation that clearly defines business problems in a clear manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation, business process modelling, user story creation, functional/non-functional analysis, and business case development.
  • Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with a range of business stakeholders to develop ongoing working relationships that achieve positive outcomes.
  • Degree or higher in business, technology and/or equivalent experience.
If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.
 
Pre-screening questions
  1. Please outline your experience as a Business Analyst in supporting the implementation and delivery of multiple complex ICT or clinical systems, whilst meeting project deadlines.
  2. Provide an example where you were the Business Analyst of a large and complex ICT or clinical system implementation and what you did to support the activities in each phase of the project.
