Essential requirements
-
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment (Agile Software Development, Solution Delivery or Support).

Demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding business needs and technology solutions, with proven analytical skills to enable the development of business process and/or technical solutions, including ability to write documentation that clearly defines business problems in a clear manner.

Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation, business process modelling, user story creation, functional/non-functional analysis, and business case development.

Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with a range of business stakeholders to develop ongoing working relationships that achieve positive outcomes.

Degree or higher in business, technology and/or equivalent experience.
If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.

Please outline your experience as a Business Analyst in supporting the implementation and delivery of multiple complex ICT or clinical systems, whilst meeting project deadlines.

Provide an example where you were the Business Analyst of a large and complex ICT or clinical system implementation and what you did to support the activities in each phase of the project.
