  1. Experience in processing executive-level briefs and correspondence items within the NSW health system.
  2. Experience in providing high-level administrative support to a senior executive, including preparation of relevant documents or presentations.
  3. Excellent organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to meet multiple tasks with minimal supervision and within set timeframes.
  4. Demonstrated initiative in improving current work practices and/or in resolving outstanding items requiring resolution.
  5. Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively (via phone, email and face-to-face) with internal and external executives and administration staff.
  6. Ability to use initiative and work with minimal direction.
  7. Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of work-related information.
