Program Lead, Safety & Improvement Programs

1. Extensive experience in the development and provision of education frameworks, training programs and packages in a complex environment, including relevant tertiary educational qualifications and or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
2. Sound knowledge of patient safety and improvement science and extensive experience in their application in the context of multidisciplinary health care settings
3. Sound knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles and experience with mixed modes of education delivery e.g. face to face, eLearning, virtual, website tools, webinars, mentorship, coaching, micro-learning etc.
4. Demonstrated skills and experience in undertaking all stages of education program development, implementation and evaluation.
5. Highly developed written and analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret highly complex information from numerous sources.
6. Highly developed interpersonal, verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
7. Highly developed organisational skills, with proven capability to strategies and manage quality education programs in the context of tight timeframes and a demanding and dynamic professional environment.
8. Availability to travel within NSW, including overnight stays to conduct education workshops.
