Selection Criteria
  1. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and processing executive-level briefs, ministerials, and correspondence items within the NSW Health system or a similar government organisational context.
  2. Ability to work with subject matter experts to collate complex information into a cohesive response.
  3. Excellent organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to use initiative to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast moving environment with minimal supervision and within set timeframes.
  4. Demonstrated capability to manage confidential and sensitive matters appropriately and with discretion.
  5. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the proven capacity to manage complex internal and external relationships.
  6. Demonstrated flexibility and experience in providing high calibre general administration support and associated activities to assist managers, teams and the organisation to meet its business needs and reporting requirements.
  7. Sound problem solving skills and a forward thinking approach to improving work practices with consideration of the digital environment and/or resolving outstanding items requiring resolution.
  8. Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office applications and records management systems including Content Manager (TRIM).
