  1. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in records and information management principles and methods; and proven experience maintaining an EDRM system (such as HP TRIM/Records Manager/Content Manager and/or SharePoint/RecordPoint etc.).
  2. Sound knowledge and understanding of the obligations and statutory responsibilities of the State Records Act 1998 (NSW), and other related legislation.
  3. Demonstrated ability to conduct training and perform ongoing helpdesk-related tasks.
  4. Well-developed written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  5. Highly developed project management skills and experience with all aspects of project management including scoping, planning, managing resources and meeting deadlines.
  6. Sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  7. Experience with conducting customer &/or business needs analysis involving staff engagement and consideration of change management principles.
