CEC - Partnerships with Consumers in Safety and Quality Lead

1. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and create the conditions for collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders to support change and drive the achievement of common goals
2. High level knowledge (tertiary qualifications) and/or relevant experience in coaching, capability building, ithin the context of healthcare and/or community.
3. Sound understanding of the conditions that support effective partnering with patients, carers and families and experience in measuring the impact on healthcare quality, safety and outcomes
4. Demonstrated knowledge of improvement science and experience in successfully designing and implement improvement project plans
5. Demonstrated contemporary knowledge and expertise in coaching and facilitation of individuals and teams
6. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
7. Demonstrated high level verbal and writing skills with experience in communicating a compelling message to a broad audience, that is evidence based, compassionate and results in the initiation of local improvement and/or innovation.
8. Demonstrated effective time management and self-discipline, including ability to prioritise and meet competing demands.
