Selection Criteria
  1. Demonstrated skills and experience in providing and managing a broad range of administrative and support services including undertaking tasks related to project and committee management.
  2. Ability to handle highly confidential information and data with the utmost discretion.
  3. Proven ability to prioritise work and to work efficiently in meeting tight deadlines, and with minimal supervision.
  4. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as capacity to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  5. High Level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks.
  6. Demonstrated understanding of clinical terminology.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Ability to utilise information systems to achieve a high level of competence and accuracy in documentation management (for example, Content Manager).
 

All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
