Medical Director / Staff Specialist Sexual Health Service, HIV & Related Programs, Division of Community Chronic and Complex Care - Apply via eCredential

1. Registered Medical Practitioner with recognised specialist qualifications such as Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Sexual Health Medicine or recognised equivalent.
2. Appropriate knowledge and recent clinical experience to practice as a Senior Medical Practitioner in sexual health medicine.
3. Demonstrated ability to adapt practice in accordance with contemporary evidence-based best practice.
4. Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, advanced communication skills and ability to work constructively and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and with a wide range of stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated willingness and ability to lead and provide clinical supervision including the ability to provide education, vision and research.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and experience in initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence based practice and practice development.
7. Demonstrated commitment to Trusted Care better health for everyone vision, goals and strategies, with demonstrated behaviours which align with the NSW Health CORE values and CCLHD Values and behaviours charter.
