This senior management position will:

Manage the LHD’s clinical data quality processes, ensuring it is fit for purpose and can be relied upon for strategic and operational decision making and is appropriate for further downstream uses included clinical costing.

Manage the clinical costing process, ensuring quality, robustness and ensuring that it can be relied upon for strategic and operational decision making.
Coordinate the negotiation and setting of yearly internal divisional/directorate level activity targets and manage the negotiation and calculation of LHD activity target setting to ensure CCLHD is well positioned to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Responsible for the allocation of Activity Based Funding (ABF) budgets to divisions within the LHD.
Maintain, monitor and continuously improve the internal ABF budget model and provide relevant support to budget holders.
Management and coordination of advice regarding patient activity and ABF, also to give input into the interpretation of, and compliance with NSW Health activity measurement, Activity Based Funding, data collection, clinical costing and reporting policies.
Ensure that a high quality, professional standard, expert advisory service is provided to the key stakeholders including executive, senior management and cost centre managers.
