This is a maternity relief position with possibility of extension at same/reduced hours.

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Department of Nutrition Services, Gosford Hospital as a temporary part-time dietitian assistant. The position may require you to work across our four hospitals within CCLHD (Gosford, Wyong, Woy Woy and Long Jetty) on a 7-day rotating roster.
The successful applicant will be provided with both group and individual clinical supervision and the opportunity to participate in quality improvement activities. We are committed to delivering nutrition care that is evidence-based, innovative and patient centered, and we do this as a team of both dietitians and dietitian assistants.
An eligibility list be be created and may be used for any future temporary part-time and full-time positions within our dietitian assistant team.

What you'll be doing
Under the supervision of a qualified Allied Health Practitioner (dietitian), facilitate client/patient/consumer care by providing clinical and administrative support primarily related to nutrition care. Clinical duties may include therapeutic and program related activities and the identification and reporting of changes in the client's condition.
