The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Occupational Therapist (Level 4) to join our community multidisciplinary team. About You
- You have extensive experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining cooperative professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of well-developed written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- You possess demonstrated ability to innovatively lead team tasks, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, professional development and research.
- You have demonstrated ability to independently problem solve and apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multidisciplinary team with a successful track record of effectively meeting supervision needs of staff and students.
Where you'll be working
Focus on optimisation of evidence informed care delivery, streamline administration processes and supports mentoring and development of staff and students. This includes providing clinical and administrative leadership, setting professional standards, workforce planning, assisting with clinical practice development, and coordinating the development and implementation and evaluation of safety and quality processes.
To maintain an appropriate Occupational Therapy clinical case load.
