About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Healthcare Improvement Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with staff and managers across CCLHD Directorates to lead and support key healthcare improvement initiatives and programs.

You will play a central role in enhancing organisational performance and delivering high quality healthcare services. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in a supportive environment that values learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of healthcare improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate planning, implementation and evaluation of health programs
  • Utilise quality improvement and project management processes and tools to achieve program and project objectives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration and knowledge sharing

About you:

  • Degree qualifications in a health-related discipline, health management or project management and demonstrated relevant industry experience.
  • A commitment to learning, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
