What you'll be doing

We have an Administration Officer Level 3 in Primary School Mobile Dental Programme role available across the Central Coast Local Health District. 

A high standard of support and assistance will be required for the care and well-being of clientele and colleagues.         

In this role, you will undertake a variety of general administrative duties, such as managing office communications and information flow, Assisting Senior Officers with service delivery and preparing and manipulating documents in support of the team.

You will be able to work under limited direction and guidance to provide day to day administrative support to the unit/department to ensure effective service delivery and achieve the team’s goals.

You will be supported in this role by experienced senior officers and fellow administration officers and will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills as part of an efficient and cohesive administration team.

The Primary School Mobile Dental  Programme Administration Officer Level 3, provides essential support to the public dental programme provided in Central Coast Primary Schools.

The ability to communicate  effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and family members is an essential part of the role as is the need to process high volumes of consent paperwork with accuracy.

About You  
 
You have a a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy, and effectively addressing inquiries and concerns from patients, families, and staff.   

  • You have a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues, and will contribute to a positive team dynamic, supporting your peers to achieve departmental goals. 

  • You can exercise basic problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures.   

  • You have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. You will need to prepare documents, take minutes, and interact with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
