We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Services team at Wyong Hospital as a Part-Time Receptionist in a job share position. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality customer service in a healthcare setting, enjoys working as part of a supportive team, and is looking for part-time, flexible employment. What you will doing:
- Deliver responsive and professional front-line customer service
- Draft routine correspondence and provide accurate word processing support
- Maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures
- Manage patient records through our computerised patient management system
- Apply sound judgement to resolve day-to-day administrative issues
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of departments and staff
About the Role
Based primarily at Wyong Hospital, You'll work Monday to Friday, with shifts between 6:30am and 8:00pm.
We're looking for a highly motivated individual to deliver high-level administrative and customer service support to the Patient Services department.

About You
- You have proven customer service expertise with a strong focus on patient care and support.
- You are confident in data entry and computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- You are a team player who can also work independently to get the job done efficiently.
