Join our Community Cardiac Services team at Central Coast Local Health District and play a vital role in helping patients recover, rebuild strength, and return to living full, independent lives after cardiac events.
Based across Gosford and Wyong Hospitals and in community settings, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients and their families, working in close partnership with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
As a Registered Nurse in Community Cardiac Services, you will:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of cardiac rehabilitation care.
- Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and health professionals to support recovery and wellbeing goals.
- Contribute to quality improvement and practice development initiatives that keep our services at the forefront of cardiac care.

About You
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a current NSW driver’s licence.
- Recent experience in Cardiac Services and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and IT systems) to support safe, effective care.
- A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
