Senior Project Officer - Surveys

1. Extensive experience in the management of projects and contracts, including planning, prioritising, problem solving, resource management and conflict resolution.
2. Experience in the development of surveys, including review of literature and seeking input from as well as supporting advisory committees groups. Experience in running focus groups, cognitive testing interviews and the collection and use of patient-reported measures is desirable.
3. Experience in compiling and prioritising information from multiple sources to inform survey development.
4. Experience engaging with stakeholders, including a commitment to clear communication, customer service, the ability to positively influence others and negotiating agreeable outcomes, and supporting the optimal use of results among diverse stakeholders.
5. Ability to understand and summarise statistical information produced for a range of audiences, including interpretation of information from large survey data sets and from administrative data.
6. Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, show resilience and courage, communicate clearly and engage effectively in a small collaborative team environment, including experience supporting and developing others.
7. Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or equivalent relevant extensive experience.
