Selection Criteria: 
  1. Experience leading and managing a graphic design team including developing capability of staff, delegating workloads according to priority; managing and introducing effective studio processes to improve workflow and maintain high quality, accurate information products.
  2. Extensive graphic design experience in the production of complex and long form information reports, tables and graphs for both print and electronic media in a PC environment.
  3. Proven strong attention to detail, extensive experience upholding branding guidelines including reviewing the work of other designers and ensuring consistency and a high standard of design across different information products.
  4. Extensive experience and strong knowledge of using Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, for reports, and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, for producing templates, presentations and working with data.
  5. Demonstrated experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary communications team in delivering complex and accurate data and information to varied audiences.
  6. Advanced skills in the preparation of artwork for print and digital formats and understanding of production schedules.
  7. Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills including proven ability to visually convey complex ideas and demonstrated experience influencing and negotiating at a senior level.
  8. Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or equivalent; and extensive experience and record of achievement in producing multiple, concurrent designs in a deadline driven environment.
