- Demonstrated understanding of health system performance measurement and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience of researching, synthesising, interpreting, communicating and presenting complex information to support strategy and/or policy development and decision-making, ideally in healthcare.
- Project management expertise, including working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience of managing effective stakeholder engagement and consultation.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, consultation and presentation skills.
- Proven strengths as a team player.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or equivalent relevant experience.
