Selection Criteria
  1. Experience leading and managing complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines. This includes the ability to motivate and influence staff collaborating on projects, particularly those who may not have direct reporting relationship.
  2. Demonstrated significant experience in leading planning, development, analysis, writing and publication of health system reports.
  3. Able to interpret complex statistical information for a range of audiences.
  4. Familiarity with the challenges of working with large, population based administrative and survey data.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in areas such as measuring and reporting on access, quality, experiences, outcomes and efficiency of health services and systems.
  6. Advanced oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, consultation and presentation skills.
  7. Demonstrated knowledge of state, national and international trends in health system performance measurement and reporting.
  8. Proven strengths in all aspects of staff management
