Selection Criteria
  1. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business or health management or in a relevant discipline
  2. High level of written and verbal communication skills including experience with preparation of agendas, minutes, reports and presentations as well as handling confidential matters
  3. Demonstrated computing skills including use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as enthusiasm and capability of learning and applying new skills required for BHI business and corporate systems.
  4. High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
  5. Innovative approach to improving the quality and efficiency of corporate service operations
  6. Demonstrated and enthusiastic commitment to working collaboratively as team and experience in promoting a positive workplace culture
