- Demonstrated experience managing and influencing teams of multidisciplinary staff.
- Demonstrated experience in redesign methodology, project management and working with consumers and carers.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated high level written and presentation skills including experience in policy development and research.
- Sound knowledge of the NSW Health System.
