Stream Manager, Intensive & Urgent Care

1. Demonstrated experience and record of achievement in successfully managing and leading large, complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines at a state level.

2. Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of health priority areas at a state level.

3. High level skills in conceptual and systemic thinking on public policy issues and successful application of innovative and adaptive approaches and developing creative solutions for complex problems.

4. Demonstrated independent thinking, with the ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately.

5. Proven ability to lead, manage and support multidisciplinary teams within a large health organisation.
