What you will be doing
 

The CIRCE Project Officer will manage the full cycle of project management activities including project planning, partner negotiation and milestone reporting. With a key focus on the redesign and implementation of capability for staff implementing reform in line with the Integrated Prevention and Response to Violence Abuse and Neglect Framework, the role will develop and manage implementation of capability programs to support strategic change management projects that will improve the level, value and quality of health services delivery across NSW.

 

Providing high level advice on the capability development and implementation of health service delivery improvement projects in NSW Hospitals and other health agencies, this position will foster strong collaborations with the Ministry of Health, NSW Health Pillars, Health Service managers, clinicians and external stakeholders to facilitate the contribution of key internal and external partners in the development and delivery of targeted capability programs.

Employment Type:       Temporary Part Time until end of June 2020            
Position Classification: Health Services Manager Level 3
Remuneration:              $110, 961 - $126, 496 p.a. plus super
Hours Per Week:          24

Selection criteria

 

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Education, AIM accreditation, Redesign) and/or demonstrated relevant health industry experience in adult learning and service improvement.

  2. Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management including management of multiple and concurrent projects and the implementation of statewide and local projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.

  3. Demonstrated skills in designing and delivering education programs using a breadth of mediums including: teaching, coaching and facilitating for individuals and groups to successfully apply innovative approaches

  4. Proven ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement strategies with senior clinicians and executives.
