Selection criteria
1. Relevant post-registration qualifications as a clinical nurse and extensive current experience working in a cardiac clinical area.
2. Experience in project management in a diverse service industry organisation, including relevant Project Management experience. This includes knowledge and practical experience in working with cardiac clinicians, policies and cardiac system frameworks.
3. A system wide knowledge of contemporary issues, challenges and directions of the NSW Cardiac Network to improve health outcomes.
4. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately as well as an advanced understanding of data quality and the ability to use data in problem resolution.
