- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of local/regional projects, frameworks and/or initiatives with state wide application.
- Sound knowledge of the health system in NSW and the national context and broad knowledge and understanding of policy issues related to Aged Health.
- High level skills in conceptual and systemic thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches alongside a demonstrated ability to interpret complex information.
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment dealing with and influencing senior management and external stakeholders to meet project needs in a timely manner.
- High level verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to provide expert, strategic and value add advice to state wide projects at a state wide level coupled with.
