Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management including management of multiple and concurrent projects and the implementation of state wide and local projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams in the public health and primary health sector environment to achieve high performance.
High level skills in designing and delivering change programs using a breadth of mediums including: teaching, coaching and facilitating for individuals and groups to successfully apply innovative approaches
Demonstrated ability to work with patients, staff, careers, and community based consumers and their representatives to inform and improve health care and the integration of services.
