- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive strategic experience in organisational development, change management, leadership coaching, talent management and/or learning and development.
- Proven experience and success in implementing workforce strategies and programs aimed at building workforce capability in a large and complex organization.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing and motivational skills which demonstrate a capacity to build and maintain relationships with senior and middle managers and staff.
- Demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
- Ability to understand, interpret and leverage data and analytics to create practical and relevant organisational development solutions.
- Excellent coaching, presentation, training, facilitation, and program design skills developed through substantial applied experience.
