  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive strategic experience in organisational development, change management, leadership coaching, talent management and/or learning and development.
  2. Proven experience and success in implementing workforce strategies and programs aimed at building workforce capability in a large and complex organization.
  3. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing and motivational skills which demonstrate a capacity to build and maintain relationships with senior and middle managers and staff.
  4. Demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
  5. Ability to understand, interpret and leverage data and analytics to create practical and relevant organisational development solutions.
  6. Excellent coaching, presentation, training, facilitation, and program design skills developed through substantial applied experience.
