Medical qualifications and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with appropriate skills and qualifications as specified under the Staff Specialist (State) Award.
Extensive critical care clinical experience in the NSW public health system together with a credible reputation across organisations as a senior medical practitioner with deep experience and expertise in critical care delivery in NSW
Demonstrated clinical leadership including the ability to motivate, engage and influence clinicians to participate in improving patient outcomes through the development and implementation of service improvement activities at Clinical Unit/Department, Local Health District Clinical Service, or state level.
Demonstrated experience working in complex organisations with an understanding of priorities in the NSW Health system.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
