Selection criteria
-
Extensive project management experience in health care, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes broad knowledge and practical experience in working with clinicians, and within policies and system frameworks relevant to Intensive and Urgent Care.

Highly developed ability to work within and support multidisciplinary teams together with a proven capacity to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.

Demonstrated experience in leading all phases of project management from design to implementation and evaluation.

High level system wide knowledge of contemporary issues, challenges and directions of the NSW health system to improve health outcomes
