Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of statewide and local projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives
High level verbal and written communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
