  1. Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of statewide and local projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
  2. Proven ability to successfully manage and support multidisciplinary teams in a public sector environment.

  3. High level skills in conceptual and systemic thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches.

  4. Proven ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement strategies with senior clinicians and executives.

  5. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately.
