  • an up-to-date resume of no more than five (5) pages which clearly details your skills and experience as relevant to this role.
 
Selection criteria
 
  1. Extensive experience in providing executive support and administrative services to a Chief Executive or senior executive within a complex organisation.
  2. Superior organisational skills, including the capacity to undertake and complete several tasks with competing deadlines whilst also maintaining attention to detail and anticipating needs.
  3. Strong computer skills, with advanced level of proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite particularly Office 365, with experience in or an ability to learn organisational specific software.
  4. High level communication skills (verbal and written) with demonstrated experience in minute taking, preparing documents and agendas for Executive and Board meetings and maintaining records within a document management system (ie. TRIM).
