Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.

Demonstrated ability to develop complex evaluation frameworks.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills in supporting and motivating staff to achieve projects to a high standard.

Demonstrated experience in evaluation of multi-dimensional projects within a human services environment.
