- Tertiary qualifications in a Communication, Public Relations, Media (or equivalent), including extensive experience working in communications and a track record of successfully developing and implementing communications strategies and initiatives that create maximum impact for key audiences.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience building relationships to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes. This includes high-level interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing the capability of a multi-disciplinary team while fostering a performance-based, highly collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Demonstrated experience leading change, with the ability to design, manage and execute multiple communications projects and activities.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic, communications and engagement strategies.
