Clinical Associate Director, Acute Care for Children and Older People

1. Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or demonstrated experience working in a health management position with extensive knowledge of the challenges in the NSW public health system.

2. Demonstrated understanding of Acute Care for Children and Older People with extensive experience in reviewing and developing frameworks to improve patient care.

3. Significant track record of achievement in the development and successful implementation of strategic health initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, strategically improve performance and oversee multiple projects.

4. Demonstrated achievement in successfully leading teams - managing and coaching managers; building capability; setting and meeting performance goals; and always fostering, and maintaining, a customer and patient focused work culture.
