Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Education, AIM accreditation, Redesign) and/or demonstrated relevant health industry experience in adult learning and service improvement.
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management including management of multiple and concurrent projects and the implementation of statewide and local projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
Demonstrated skills in designing and delivering education programs using a breadth of mediums including: teaching, coaching and facilitating for individuals and groups to successfully apply innovative approaches
Proven ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement strategies with senior clinicians and executives.
