Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia in an appropriate registration category.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated experience of working within a molecular genetics laboratory, including knowledge of computers and programs relevant to molecular genetics DNA testing.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually, under supervision and as a team member within a molecular genetics / clinical environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to undertake training leading to Fellowship with the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in Genetic Pathology.
