Selection Criteria:
  1. MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia in an appropriate registration category.
  2. 5 years post graduate clinical experience including in paediatrics and neonatology.
  3. Demonstrated recent competency to independently manage the deteriorating or seriously unwell patient in Australia or similar Health Care Service.
  4. Demonstrated recent competency in advanced airway skills.
  5. 12 months of critical care experience, including 6 months in paediatric or neonatal intensive care or retrieval services in Australia or similar Health Care Service
  6. Able to work and function in the NETS operational environment (including passing fitness test) and superior verbal and written communication skills.
  7. APLS (or equivalent).

Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Please provide proof of booster vaccination if available.
