Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Registered with CICM as an advanced trainee or equivalent experience and seniority
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills required for management of critically ill patients under indirect supervision, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, and central venous and arterial line insertion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and time management skills
- Interest in teaching and quality assurance activities relevant to Intensive Care Medicine
- A professional attitude and ability to participate in after-hours overtime and on-call rosters
